H1N1 and Government-Run Health Care

At the risk of bombarding you with yet another missive about health care, I wanted to point out this New York Times article pointing out that the federal government has released its last supplies of Tamiflu.  While the federal government has ordered more doses of Tamiflu, they are not expected to arrive until January.

60 Minutes also examined this issue last night, and had some hard questions for Secretary Sebelius about whether the Obama Administration has over-promised and under-delivered in its efforts to combat the H1N1 virus.  All this begs a larger question: If the federal government can’t get its flu response right, how can it handle a trillion-dollar takeover of the entire health care sector?
